Your ability to see behind the curtains of events and malfeasance in Nigeria is exemplary. You have raised pertinent questions that beg answers. What are the real reasons for the 'Trials of Brother Dele'? It's unlikely to be because of a book published five months ago!

Good read. Thank you David.

This was an absolutely eye opening read. Nothing we didn't know before, but putting together your points so well and beyond reasonable doubt for those sane enough to understand is a major characteristic of your writings. Nigeria as it is, is such a frightening place to live. God bless you for your bold efforts at restoring the Nigerian state. Posterity will be kind to you.

Quite evident that thousands of Fela, Gani Fawehimi and many others are still with us. Project Nigeria hopefully would work someday.

Insightful piece! As you posit, there is substantially more than meets the eye. Time will tell whether what we are seeing is an actual case of libel or a systemic witch hunt

Great one from David as usual.

It's about time Nigerians rise up and let the ruining class know who is really in charge.

For so long the ruining class has wielded so much influence thereby thrashing the country further. It's time the Nigerian people take back their power and put a stop to the wanton and flagrant corruption that gushes continually from the corridors of the judiciary to the very seat of power.

Nigeria must fulfil purpose. For that to happen we have to sack/extinguish and remove all the evil flies that consistently feast and defecate in the honey mix.

Nigerians should gather and protect David at all cost. Personally I’d rather be on his side of history than anything the current regime in Nigeria would offer its populace.

Simply put, the arrest and defamation claim is a smoke screen for the protest for Judial or election reform which they want to remain rhe way it is

One day, we'll rewrite the history of Nigeria, if she survived these times, and we know exactly those who will be remembered as the hero of that new Nigeria if it ever see the light of day.

I just knew that it has to do with the peaceful disobedient protest from the moment I learnt of his abduction.

This is insightful and thought-provoking.

You have done a very readable and clear x-ray of the Nigerian judiciary and its hypocrisy and lies. I have always wondered how much they have made mess of English Language with their legal somersault.

Thanks so much David. Keep the flag flying.. #FREEDELEFAROTIMINOW
